Final Fantasy:Crystal Chronicles, where to start? I found out about this game when I bought Mario Kart:Double Dash, on the Bonus Demo disc. It looked pretty cool, but I knew there was still a few months until it was released. A good friend of mine got this game, but he hesitated. He's a big fan of anime, and one of his favorite mangas is Berserk. The Berserk box set cost 50 bucks and FFCC was also 50 bucks. My friend hesitantly bought this game. He started playing it and it was AWESOME. We all pitched in for gameboy advance connection cables, and hooked them all in. You can play 4-PLAYER! As for the gameplay, you can choose from 4 different races, Selkies, Clavats, Yukes, and Lilties. These names may sound fruity, but deal with it. You can pick male or female, and each class has 8 different "styles" that you can customize your character. For example I have a male Selkie, and the style is "Racoon Tail". His hair are all ragged and blonde. He looks pretty cool. For this game to be fun, you have to play with AT LEAST one other person. Make sure you have some GBA's and have your friends pitch in for some link cables to the game cube. This game kicks (...)!

<br /> This game is really interesting, the graphics are beutyful, but the gameplay isnt that good. You start deciding what kind of character you want to be and then you can make him better by exploring the wonderful lands of the game, wich will perplex you at an instant. This game is not recommended for kids, not because of the rating, is because of the really hard way to play and frustration it may give them.<br /> <br /> The game is a really good title for your library and is a well done game with great landscapes and fantastic music, and an excelent RPG for those who seek adventure.<br /> <br /> The only way you can play with more than 1 player is by having at least two or more gameboyadvance's or gameboyadvance SP's with each a gameboy advance cable connector, wich is really dissapointing.

Simply put, WOW. What I mean is WOW, this is a TERRIBLE game. The battle system in this game is like nothing I've ever seen before, it's comlete trash. And the story, that just does it. Well actually, there isn't really a story. The whole game (or at least what I've played of it, which isn't too much, because the game never got better) is just about a group of little kids collecting special material called myrrh from myrrh trees and bringing them back to their town so they don't die. I thought there might be some twists in the plot as the game progressed but noooo. There has been nothing more. If you consider that fun and amusing, I question your sanity. The badness (if that is a word) of this game is too much to take. If I could, I would give this game 0 stars, but unfortunatley that is not an option. I wonder what the creators of this game were thinking when they were making it. I really never thought there could be a bad final fantasy game until I played this. It is unlike any final fantasy game out there, it's bad. It should be disowned from the final fantasy series. If you want classic and good final fantasy action, get a PS2 (I regret not getting one myself, and now I am stuck with this childish Gamecube). Oh, and just to sum things up a bit, DON'T BUY THIS GAME. If you are looking for a good Gamecube RPG, Tales of Symphonia is where it's at! :)
