This game is sorta hard and challenging yet it's one of the best N64 games that I have played. The gameplay is kind of complex and there are a lot of puzzles that are very tricky. Whether you hate bugs or just like blowing stuff up this game is for you. It's also a TUROK fan's dream. I would not reccommend this game for the faint of heart or the easily grossed out.

This game just doesn't feel good. (Quake II for the N64 feels good. Turok 2 and Turok Rage Wars feel good.) But everything about the interface and gameplay is just plain awkward.

Aside from gameplay, the game's interfaces are all very poorly done. Want to change your controller options? You have a choice between Regular, and Alt1, Alt2 and Alt3 -- but there are no diagrams to explain what those different options even mean!

And even if the feel of the game was good, and the menus weren't confusing -- the missions are poor. In my last game (and I mean my *last* game) I spent the last 5 minutes running around thinking "what am I supposed to be doing now", until my character became accidentally lodged in a wall and couldn't break free. Boy, that's good fun.

There's not even a demo or opening animation to watch at the beginning of the game.

How the venerable Iguana studios (creators of the Turok games) let this half finished crock out the door is beyond me.

Armorines is a very good game! The graphics are exellent for the N64 Console. The gameplay itself is'nt just your typical
run-and-gun game, it requires you to use your brain, and its coopretive mode lets you and a friend squish those creepy crawlies from different angles! The only problem is the storyline is'nt very original but who cares about the stoyrline anyway? the game still boils down to blowing apart giant bugs from outer space. ...
