Rating: 4/5 from 1 reviews Great little backup floppy driveI bought a used computer from a co-worker and everything was great except that the computer had no 3.5 floppy drive. I was considering buying an internal drive, but I saw the Imation 1.44mb external drive at an electronic stores and decided to get it. The unit is has a very small form and will sit happily on top of your computer case. You attach a USB cable to it and to a USB port of your computer. There is a supplied disk included for installation. The floppy drive worked on the very first boot. The only downside of the unit is that the USB cable that comes with the floppy drive is a little short so if you are thinking about putting this drive on your table, it won't be possible. Other than this, the unit is rock solid and a good alternative to buying an internal floppy drive as a backup. | ||||||||||||||
