I got this dvd exactly 2 weeks ago and have done it every day because it is so much fun. it is split into 3 parts-a warm up, a 'basic' routine and then a totally fun striptease. each part is split into instruction and run through, so if i am in a hurry i just do the run throughs, but either way it is a FANTASTIC workout. You will definitely get out of it what you put into it, and i am already seeing results (especially in my butt!). The one drawback, and the reason I gave it 4 instead of 5 stars, is that a lot of times during the instruction the camera is on a tight closeup of carmen's (sickeningly beautiful) face and you have to stand back and watch for a little while to really learn the move, but you catch on quickly. You will also become a big fan of carmen electra, she is not at all cheesy in this, very real with a nervous giggle during the instruction that reminds me that this workout is all in good fun. if you remember to have a good time doing it, you wont even realize until you turn off the dvd that you are sweating. But the next morning when your butt and legs are so sore, you will be so grateful for this awesome workout.
