the cathedral with last supper, cuzco

It was doubtful that the local people are faithful to the Catholic religion. There's a painting of the Last Supper in the north eastern corner of the cathedral. But instead of a lamb, the Inca artist put a cuy (guinea pig) at the center of the table. The statue of Marie is also in the shape of an apple representing Pacha Mama (the mother earth).
